2. Purpose and scope
These terms govern use of IVJ Service SRL’s institutional website and enquiry forms. It presents training, international recruitment and employment support activities. It does not allow online purchases of services or conclusion of employment contracts. Commercial agreements, engagements and individual pathways will be governed by separate documents.
3. Enquiries and opportunities
Sending an enquiry does not mean acceptance of an engagement, employment, a reservation or guaranteed placement. Opportunities, timing and availability depend on profile assessment, employer needs and applicable procedures. Visas, permits and authorisations are decided by competent authorities: the website does not guarantee their issue.
4. Acceptable use
Provide accurate information and only data you are entitled to share. Do not send spam, unlawful or harmful material, attempt unauthorised access or disrupt services. IVJ may restrict abusive or technically harmful requests in accordance with law.
5. Content, brands and external sites
Texts, graphics, brands and images belong to their respective owners or are used under licences. Browsing does not transfer intellectual property rights; uses permitted by law remain allowed. Links to partners and providers lead to independent websites with their own terms and privacy notices.
6. Availability and liability
IVJ seeks to keep content current, but information and service availability may change. Maintenance or technical issues may cause interruptions. General information does not replace an assessment of individual circumstances. Mandatory liabilities, including those for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, and applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
7. IVJ ID, changes and applicable law
IVJ ID previews illustrate a future service using demonstration data. The portal will have separate terms and notices when available. These terms may be updated with a date; updates do not retroactively change existing agreements. Italian law applies, without prejudice to mandatory protections and any applicable consumer jurisdiction. Enquiries: ivjservicesrl@pec.it. The courts of Genoa, Italy, have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to these terms, except where mandatory law requires another jurisdiction, including applicable consumer jurisdiction.
