2. Data collected
Forms collect names, contact details and enquiry information. Company enquiries include company name, contact person, sector, work location, number and role of workers, period, possible start date, accommodation needs and notes. Worker enquiries include name, nationality, country of residence, professional area and study relationship with MIHCA. We record the language, enquiry reference and acknowledgement of this notice. The website may process IP addresses, browsing data and security information. Do not enter health data, identity documents or unnecessary data in free-text fields.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use data to answer enquiries, assess interest in services and take pre-contractual steps requested by the individual (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Professional contacts acting for legal entities are processed on the legitimate interest of answering business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)). Security, abuse prevention and protection of rights rely on the corresponding legitimate interests; legal obligations rely on Article 6(1)(c). Optional visitor analytics will require separate consent (Article 6(1)(a)). Acknowledging this notice is not marketing consent.
4. Providing data and processing
Required fields are necessary to handle the enquiry: the form cannot be submitted without them. Optional fields may be omitted. Data is recorded in enquiry management systems and used by authorised personnel. The website does not make automated recruitment or job allocation decisions. A subsequent recruitment process involving further data and recipients will require a separate notice.
5. Recipients and transfers
Hosting: SupportHost, with servers in Germany, within the European Economic Area. Server location alone does not determine where other providers process data. Authorised IVJ staff and providers of hosting, maintenance, email and enquiry management may access data, acting as processors where required. Data may be disclosed to advisers and authorities when legally necessary or to protect rights. This website does not automatically send applications to MIHCA or prospective employers. Details of other providers and applicable safeguards can be requested from the controller. Google Analytics processes cookie identifiers, browsing and device data for statistics on the basis of consent. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Processing may involve Google LLC in the United States; Google describes applicable safeguards, including the Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses, at https://business.safety.google/adsdatatransfers/. Google privacy notice: https://policies.google.com/privacy. Cookie lifetime differs from retention in Analytics reports, managed in the property settings.
6. Retention
Applications and business enquiries with no follow-up are retained for 12 months from the last meaningful contact, then deleted or anonymised. If a contract follows, necessary data is processed under the service notice and applicable legal obligations. In a dispute, only relevant data may be kept for the period needed to protect rights. Technical and security data is limited to what is necessary for operation and investigation of incidents.
7. Rights and complaints
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, data portability. You may object to legitimate-interest processing on grounds relating to your situation and withdraw any consent without affecting previous lawful processing. Write to ivjservicesrl@pec.it or the registered office. We normally reply within one month, subject to GDPR extensions. You may complain to the Italian Garante (www.garanteprivacy.it) or the competent authority where you live, work or consider an infringement occurred.
